Ludlow
Ludlow - Scott Beseler
Ludlow, Kentucky, is a quiet river town located along Highway 8 in central northern Kenton County. Opportunities abound for boating and other water recreation activities. Taverns and pubs of yore that provided a respite for boatsmen are experiencing a renaissance as tastes change and pubs with them. The Ohio River has played an important role in the history of Ludlow. There are many opportunities for development near the river. Not to be outdone by the "big city" riverboat tours, Celebrations Riverboats offer private cruising events from their port in Ludlow.

Old-fashioned family activities are also the focus in Ludlow, as evidenced in the crack of baseball bats and the delicious smells from barbeque grills on warm summer nights. Ludlow's park offerings range from untouched nature, to playgrounds and even a skatepark — built as the result of a grant. Ludlow is easily accessed from Cincinnati by two means: bridge and ferry, as it lies just east of the Anderson Ferry. Beautiful well-kept houses provide homes for current residents and are also available to future Kentuckians. Multifamily, condos and townhouses, and commercial properties with acreage are also available.
